Here are some projects I’ve worked on:
Java Apps
Encrypter GUI.
Private repo on GitHub. JavaFX app that encrypts and decrypts strings of text using a simple substitution cipher and AES encryption and saves the keys to a cloud database.
Browser Extension
DayWatch
A simple countdown timer for Chrome. It replaces the new tab page with a countdown timer and a list of your most visited sites. It’s useful for keeping track of deadlines and it allows unlimited timers, a feature that was missing from other countdown timers I tried.
Web Apps
ScarfieTextbooks
Site for students at Otago University to trade textbooks and save money on buying new books. Has been running since 2010 and has listed thousands of books.
Skylz
Rails 7 app for tracking skills and repetitions. See the project description page for more information
